this was last week
this week i am eighteen and can now sing
when i w a s seventeen
[youth lagoon] said to me
don't stop imagining
the day that you do is the day that you die

1. pre-concert excitement featuring the blazing hot sun
2. unexpectedly bumped into charlie lim while waiting for vandetta's set. also please support local talent, fellow singaporeans - you don't know what you are missing out on
3. i may or may not have screamed when zann told me they came out of the media tent
4. s e l f i e with jake and logan who play alongside trevor powers/youth lagoon - please just let me add that this photo was initiated and taken by jake warnock himself
5. can we observe a moment of silence in remembrance that i took a selfie with daughter and she said 'nice, we're doing the selfie' prior to this photo
6. just really happy girls

also i can't wait to film tomorrow and i am going to have one heck of a time to make up for the worst birthday ever today which was basically spent trying to complete my homework. jc (2) is the biggest bane of my existence

pretty much spent the bulk of my last week in preparation for nat's birthday sleepover on friday. clearly we had a good time making horrifying things

had good fun making this, i wish i could be paid to go places and make videos acting all artistic and indie and stuff. that aside, promos are over at last– we've tided through frenzied waves. it is finally time to breathe easy again. i feel alive

(also watched easy a today, and concluded that my favourite parts of the movie were the mention of sylvia plath and the playing of dcfc's transatlanticism in the background)
