12.8.12
we are everywhere and
elsewhere
where we are not
sometimes we are stacked in a corner
other times we float mid-air
do you think that if i were to speak to you
through worlds and
space
you would still hear me?
could there be a thousand capsules
at the bottom of a lonely ocean
locked down by the weight of
everything that has been lost to time
by everyone
and maybe
if we were to sink
to the bed where the water rests upon
we could find
all the things that left us vacant and sore
maybe there
a grandfather clock hangs by the corner
arms too tired and immobile
maybe
everything would wait for us
maybe
time wouldn't be a factor and
nothing ever has to go
please tell me why is it that all things
beautiful make me
ache?
like how i cannot look at you without
clutching my chest
(thought this tune sounded incredibly familiar as i watched ganna rizatdinova's ball routines (she used this song) then decided that i've heard it in shows before. felt so glad when i managed to find the title of it because each time i replay her routine with this tune i find all kinds of emotions being conjured. admittedly, her routine itself wasn't the best, but as my mom and i watched her perform the other day, i repeatedly stated that i really love it, and i know why. would safely say this piece feels like something you can call home.)
((i think i will miss the olympics very much even though i'm no more than a home-viewer. i don't know why this event has such significance to me maybe it's because it reminds me of 4 years ago when all i did after i came home from school was settle myself on the couch and watch the olympics then go on MSN and talk to my classmates about it. or maybe there are other reasons i don't know how to express. but in any case, i think i will miss watching the women's table tennis, men's football and rhythmic gymnastics events the most. this year's olympics has surprised me quite a lot also for example my favourite olympian this year is actually ding ning from china, brazilian footballer neymar and then of course daria dmitrieva from russia who is so much of a princess or a moonlit flower, i don't quite know!))
