there once was

yesterday delia commented that it is as though i "struck gold". i have been spending the past 24 hours thinking about what she had said, and i realised... it is quite true.

don't know anyone else who would pack homecooked lunch for me, and spend their entire recess week accompanying me from the east all the way to nus; wait around for me while i go for lessons, then study with me in school all the way till it is time to catch the last train back to pasir ris. all that, and still bothering to wake up extra early on the last day of your recess week just to help me print my lecture notes.

(also, realised i really love nus and am so glad i picked it <3 will never look back wondering about what could have been in a different school, even if it meant being in a more 'prestegious' faculty)
