there once was

half of j1 is ending. school life has been made less arduous because of jess, hannah and denise (and having the privilege to listen to remarkably good live piano playing almost everyday) and i thank my God for them everyday. also i don't quite know if i have been too busy or if i have been genuinely relatively happier – or both, but i feel like things have been rising on a positive gradient lately, and it is, too, getting easier to part company with certain things i used to hold dear. or am i just getting 'numb'? in any case i hope things remain as they have been recently
